This is the third and last official testing release of the Parsix GNU/Linux 3.7 series which is being released after several months of testing and development. Parsix GNU/Linux 3.7 brings tons of updated packages, faster live boot and quality new features. This version has been synchronized with Debian testing repositories as of Feb 7, 2010. It has a brand-new, light and fast look and feel. Features: NetworkManager 0.8.1 as the default networking stack, GRUB 2 bootloader and ext4 file system, X.Org 7.5. Highlights: GNOME 2.32.1, Iceweasel 5.0, GParted 0.8.1, Empathy 2.30.3, OpenOffice.org 3.2.1, Compiz-Fusion 0.8.4 and, VirtualBox 4.0.4.
